Got what I went in for a pair of trainers and was pleased with my purchase. Staff were more than helpful and pleasant. I only gave four stars as I've not bought trainers for years and they seem very pricey but maybe it's because I'm behind the times and far from the youth I once was lol

Hello good afternoon. I address the heads of the JD SPORT store. yesterday on 02.19.23 the time is 2.30 am. 3.10 am not so many people. We went to buy a pair of sneakers. First, a dark-haired girl with a scarf attended me. The attention was very good. but the second girl who served me. The other brunette who was not wearing a scarf was very rude. without respect. I am also speaking with my friend in another language, it interferes in the conversation I have had with my friend. It seems she understands Bangladeshi language. You should know not to butt into other people's conversations. I don't know what's wrong with that girl but she should. be nice to customers. It is very important that all customers are equal. there are no differences. I'm so sorry to talk about handkerchief if I can't identify hers. Thank you
JD Sports are full of it. I sent a serious complaint to them requesting a response. JD Sports sent an email back informing me the complaint is being dealt with, and that their aim is to provide me with the best service at all times. But JD Sports is not providing me with the best service whatsoever. The complaint was sent in Dec 2022, we're now in March of 2023. I have sent several emails to JD Sports requesting updates, but each time JD Sports fobs me off with "they are still waiting for the response from the branch the complaint was made against" and they'll let me know when they get that and be patient......". It's disgusting how JD Sport has dealt with this complaint by not dealing with it at all. JD Sports does not value customers.
Long standing shop of spindles, shop could do with a good referb. Not a shop i visit very often because of the prices

Extremely bad experience, staff is really rude and the store closed 20 minutes early today. Not recommended to visit late, as the would let you in even 30 minutes before the closing time
Good range of products considering how small the unit is. The store itself is very tired looking. The floor needs a deep clean.
Christmas shopping for trainers for kids and niece 23rd so nightmare, unfortunately I can't remember the guys name who helped me in store, he found trainers there ant the missing 2 pairs he located in local shops for me an absolute star
