After purchasing trainers in store at Meadowhall the assistant told us that they didn't give receipts but they came through automatically online on your laptop etc. After waiting 2 days we decided to contact JD Sport when it didn't come through. Got through to a very helpful lady called Diane. She really went over and above to sort our problem and she did it in a very friendly manner. She is a credit to the store. Would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the receipt didn't come through in the first place.

Enough to give you a migraine! Loud "music" being blasted at you. Slow service and not even got shoe sizes in stock despite being told the had by staff. Wouldn't recommend.

Yeh it's a sports store and many bargains to be had online if they are ever in stock but I've been lucky so far . Delivery free if you collect from blacks in-store. I avoid the jd sports store it's self as it's full of kids including staff . Although very friendly staff but my shoes were older than the girl fetching me my new ones . And the lights were so bright I was sweating in minutes and the background music was more like fairground music. I couldn't even think it was so loud and actually had to shout to my wife who was stood next to me so she could hear me . I couldn't move around it was so busy . To see if I liked the feel off the shoes . I bought in haste as I needed to get out fast as I felt rough after 20 mins in here . So online is the way forward . I'm 43 and a young 43 I may add but oh my god get me out off here lol
