I was served by a funny team today. Polite and quick to get my sisters trainers. Came in and they told me about the Status app. I never heard of the app. Downloaded it then and there. The staff there all got along very well. Which is nice to see. I was happy with my purchase and the service they provided. Might have to go more often. Not to buy anything but to banter with the staff.
I'd like to get Barking Manager contacts, as I have a complaint about staff, please. Incident happened just now, few mins ago, staff member who suppose to help me refused to give her name as well.
I love shopping at this store! The manager is a very kind guy and has been so helpful with my returns. Also, the staff are so kind and amazing! Always a pleasure
The man at the front instantly helped us buy a blue tech fleece and the blue trousers and helped us purchase it 5 stars for me

Store is ok if you need to buy something. But God forbid you will need to return something ! Stay away! The manager will tell that the item was worn and she will not accept the return. When you disagree she will roll her eyes at you like a teenager. When you confront her for doing so she will tell you she will not serve you ! Official complaint made to costumer service.
Fairly limited stock of items but staff were friendly and helpful. I went in around lunchtime on a weekday and the shop wasn't busy. I would classify this branch as relatively small compared to other JD Sports' branches that I've been to.
I couldn't get my size but I decided to buy another design. The lady was helpful and very polite. Overall customers service is excellent .
Absolutely terrible service, i went to get a track pants that other store shows this branch has, but when i went there, lady said they has it, after two mins lady came to me only to say thay don't have it, then she asked the grumpy guy probably manager, why is it shows in stock when it's not, then he replied to her "probably sold it". Not saying anything to me when they knew i only went there for this. very stiff people work there. Not Impressed at all.
Today I went into the shop, I was asking for a bag because a whole glass of bottle broke in my bag the staff behind the till saw me I'm struggling outside. So I went in, ask for bag and they told me they can't just sell the bag like that. Are you serious!!?? Thank you so much JD Barking, we are talking about 50p bag
