Great gym, really huge place with loads of equipment so even in busy periods I've never been waiting to use anything like in some previous gyms. Good sized changing rooms,with plenty of lockers, good showers, water always nice and hot, and there's even hairdryers for you to use after showering which is a nice touch,  there's a sauna on the premises too which is nice and relaxing after a workout, apparently there are a ton of classes you can attend as well included in your membership fee, but again not my kind of thing so can't comment on them. Good sized car park to rear of gym so parking not a problem.nAnother great thing I find about this gym is its location right on the sea front so after a good workout I get to enjoy a nice relaxing walk home with sea views,  All in all I would heartily recommend, great gym

Good gym, equipment is first class and the sauna is great.nnMy one big gripe is the music they play over the speakers is a joke. Way too loud, to the point where I can clearly hear it over my noise cancelling ear buds.nnOther than that, I'd of given 5 star

I’ve been to this gym every week since they first opened 4/5 years ago and it’s get worse every year it’s only the cheap price that makes it worthwhile going. However, I’ve now cancelled my membership and will be moving gym as the staff are so rude if you can ever find anyone as they sit in the back office on their phones all day!nnIf you like to train at a dirty gym, with rude staff and never being able to find a machine free this is the gym for you!nnThe cheap price also means it’s extremely busy and the clientele that go aren’t brilliantnnGood luck in summer as they never use any air conditioning so you are lucky to finish 6 sets before you are exhausted with the heat

I’ve been going to this gym for a while now and it’s getting busier day by day. Most days the equipment I need to use are always occupied. This gym definitely should be a 24/7 hour gym or else I’ll need to look at other gyms.

Love this gym it’s just super busy, staff are lovely and it’s always extremely clean. Would be my favourite gym if it was 24 hours because of people who work specific hours sometimes can’t go
