You need better air conditioning during the summer! The gym is very warm right now, especially on the first floor where the treadmills are which is where a cooler climate is needed most. Breathing doesn't feel comfortable and I'm sweating a lot more than usual, both of which throw me off my workout.nnYou've recently increased the cost of subscription. I hope this will go towards a cooler, more sustainable gym.
DECEPTIVELY HUGE ... & AWESOME!nThis was formerly B&M Bargains, and from the outside it doesn’t look all that. But trust me: step inside and you’ll be blown away by how much space there is.nnThey’ve managed to put in every piece of equipment you could ever need to train in this space. Massive Eleiko rig for functional training, weightlifting platforms, class studios, the lot. All the equipment is top notch and the thing I like about this place the most is the fact that they’ve separated the cardio and toning areas which are upstairs away from the heavy-lifting bodybuilder type machines downstairs.nnHowever, there are some downsides; even though they share a car park with B&M across the street, it can get full quickly. You can park at Tesco for up to three hours and walk across the car park instead. It's not a deal-breaker of course, but it’s something for you to keep in mind. And the approach roads Ocotal Way and Cirencester Way are painfully slow at peak times, but every resident here in Swindon knows this.nnIf you’re after a good gym that’s 24 hours and excellent for the money, it’s worth going around and having a look before you sign up.
For someone who was quite anxious about going to the gym due to size age etc! I now go 2/3 times a week and don't feel judge or out of place! I also recommend rosie rkfitness who is a pt in there! She has helped me gain confidence and knowledge! I definitely feel better after going!
Signed up and had nothing but problems. Firstly they took two payments. One when I signed up but then again 24 hours later. Then I've had constant phone calls and emails even though I never agreed to be contacted for marketing. I emailed straight away regarding payment, had one email back asking me for my other emails not sure why they need them when I signed up with one four days later and I haven't had a response since. This was almost two weeks ago now. You are a disgrace. Happy to quickly take money but won't refund if even though you advertise if you're not happy you can get your money back within 14 days of signing up. What about border line fraud taking two payments?!!!!!
honestly, in a short time the academy is being destroyed, a lot of people. and few employees. the only bathroom that can be used after 10pm is flooded and leading to the carpet, which is also soaked. The changing room is always full of intimate items thrown into the bathroom. Every time I go to wash my hand, the sink smells bad because people make protein shakes and dump them in there, an unpleasant mess. I don't know if it will last long. and in fact the only female employee I see walking around the gym as if she were on a walk is rude. I don't know if I'll be able to stay at the gym for a long time.
