Worst gym I’ve ever been. They give you a barcode on an app to enter the gym. This didn’t work every time I went, they said each time they would fix it and I could never enter the gym. They got me in once and to be fair the gym is terrible anyway. It is absolutely rammed and not clean. I tried to cancel my membership on the app within 3 days of joining and you cannot physically cancel the membership. They don’t respond to your cancellation request and they don’t answer their phone. They then keep taking money. Join M club for an extra £20 a month where you can actually enter the gym
Top quality gym, good lighting, lay out is really nice! 24/7. With a sauna. More than enough parking available.nPlate loaded machines are amazing.. some good cardio equipment too and boxing bags. Studio is massive, spin class is massive too. Very clean gym.nnChanging room and showers not the cleanest… can be better. But other than that it’s really great.
gym has a lot of good equipment and its 24/7. However, this gym compromises in hygiene!!!! . Nobody to clean the equipment used by many people. Sweat and dirt on equipment. No foam and tissue provided inside to clean before and after use like in Nuffield gyms. If those were available, it would have been better.
Nice new gym. Nice big car park, hour gym is big and lots of different machines. Some of them don't work anymore though. Nice changing room and nice toilet. When I first came in they gave out free drinks and protein bars, it was nice.
The gym is great with a good atmosphere and staff are really helpful but the air conditioning is still not working which for a 24 hour gym in a heatwave is letting it down. Hopefully it is sorted sooner rather than later. Would be 5 stars as usual if it was air conditioned.nnWhy have management not replied to this review but seen to reply to others?
