Well equipped, friendly staff and dirt cheap.nChanging room does occasionally have a weird cheese wotsit smell to it, and the ventilation outlets mostly point upwards, so it gets a bit warm when busy.nApart from that can't fault the place.
Came through from EK to go for a gym session with my mate. The gym is class, clean and plenty of equipment! The PT who was on shift today thanks so much for all your help. Well worth the drive through.
Was just up for the day, didn’t expect much but the gym blew me away. The facilities were incredible. I did Beth’s class and it was really great, she was super knowledgeable and friendly and the workout was really well programmed with good attention to form. John was also super friendly. Will definitely be back when I’m next in town. I work at a London gym that’s 5 times the price and way less good
Yeah you get what you pay for im a Strong Believer in that but Yeah Great Value for your Money
Great to go in the mornings as it's super quiet. I prefer using the free weights downstairs & there's always plenty of space for folks. The weight machines upstairs aren't ideal - they're not fantastically robust. The waterfront Gyms machines are better for sure. But you can't beat the price & convenience of JD if you live close to or in town.
