Did nothing with my conveyancing for 2 months costing us 2k extra rent. Held our mortgage cashback for 3 months without saying a word. Had to chase through mortgage company. When they finally got going comms improved. I think it depends who you get as to your service levels. The lady 3rd who took over was very good.

Emily Diaz from JCP Carmarthen has been amazing throughout our first home purchase, we first instructed them back in July for a house that was a legal mess, although we all couldn’t do anything further than signing how much we wanted to purchase the house for and had to pull out, Emily and the JCP team were quick to answer any question and to pick up the phone. We then purchased a house which is now our new home, everything went very quickly and efficiently, we were kept up to date with everything. I would absolutely recommend this company, we have had such a great experience with them, my partner Pete and I will definitely be using them in the future should we sell our house.

Just purchased a house and used JCP as our solicitors, They we’re genuinely outstanding, we had previously had an offer accepted for another property close by but had all sorts of legal issues  lost deeds, probate yet to be granted from the other side, we as purchasers would have been completely lost and baffled without the expertise of Emily Diaz and her team! When we put our offer in for the house we’ve just purchased it was a no brained to use JCP, and as there was a ‘no complete no fee’ guarantee we weren’t out of pocket for the previous debacle! I would highly recommend JCP having used a  few different solicitors for various other things, JCP gave a service I was yet to experience from the others. Thanks JCP, we’ll use you again next time we need a solicitor! Peter

JCP I have used on a couple of different occasions with buying/selling houses and they’re work ethic is outstanding, their professionalism is spot on and good relationships have been built from this, I am more than happy to use JCP over and over again. May I add I have had exceptional service from Laura winter each time I have used them and Emily Diaz on this occasion great assets to the company, very informative and very quick to resolve any issue that occur. Highly recommended!
