Update.....on 14 December, my husband received a call from the florist...not with an apology, but questioning why we hadnt contacted them before putting up a review. As a business, there will always be good and bad experiences from customers...this shouldn't result in the company questioning our actions, which were justified in our honest review of their bouquet. My husband had these flowers delivered to me on my birthday on 10th Nov. 4 days later, this is how they look. It wasn't a cheap bouquet. Very disappointed.
Very helpful, did my dads funerals flowers and was very impressed. Highly recommend.
Absolutely fantastic florist. Order flowers for delivery at 9.30 by 11.30 they had been delivered and last 16 days with a few stems lasting longer. Not often you get flowers lasting this long. Highly recommend

Ordered the flowers on the Tuesday said I would pick them up Friday at 9. get there at 9 she had not even started it so had to stand there and wait for her to do it,then have to rush to get to the funeral what a joke will not be ordering from this shop again.
Seriously poor service, spent a lot of money and delivery fee and birthday flowers still hadn't arrived by 6 o'clock . I called twice wondering where they were, to be told that they would be delivered within the hour, but these were lies. Unhelpful people. Extremely disappointed and will never use this florist again

Mum's casket looked wonderful with the beautiful garland and spray consisting of mainly gerberas and roses. If only Mum could have seen it, she would have been absolutely delighted. Thank-you so very much Julie for helping to make a sad day just that bit more cheerful. Kind regards Margaret Hatch
