Very professional service from start of the job to finish. Rob was great at fault finding and fixed the surge tank issue with ease. Kieran was very helpful and understanding. It was the first time using JB Elite's services and I can say they are head and shoulders above the company who looks after our big pool currently. They don't mess about and get the job done quickly and effectively. Will definitely be using their services again in future.
Fantastic service and highly recommended. We manage the day to day maintenance of our pool with no problem, but when we incurred a problem, finding a reputable company was difficult. After being given the runaround by 3 other companies, we found JB Elite and they couldn't have been more helpful. They were responsive, upfront about the work and came out to us promptly. We're very happy with the work they carried out and would use them again.
Having experienced a number of problems with our pool and after contacting a few local companies who couldn't tackle the problems we took a chance and contacted JB Elite Services who are located 130 miles away. James asked us to email photographs of the pool/pump etc, he then emailed back with a comprehensive list of what the problems may be and what he could deal with on this first visit together with the estimated costs. He arrived on the date he said and had the equipment and expertise to deal with what he could on the day. A few visits later and the problems were resolved. Fantastic job and great to professionalism and expertise at it's best. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Big thank you JB Elite Services.
JB Elite has looked after our swimming pool for many years beautifully. Our pool is very old and last year had started to crack, to repair it they have lined the pool with a very attractive mosaic design making it look like new. A tremendous job. Thank you.
Fantastic service with a fantastic hot tub had been looking for a long time so many brands out there and so many cheap Chinese imports so be aware!! if you want a true American built hot tub with the back up then this is the place to be. Try before you buy have half an hour in the hot tub in there showroom we did and loved it but it’s even better in our garden.
