I love going in to Jazz Melissa and her team are always so friendly and professional. I go regularly for my hair and nails Melissa is very talented and knows what she is doing. I recently got my easilock hair extensions fitted here and I love them and Melissa's after care is second to none.

Booked for my wedding. Priority didn't seem to be given to the bridal party. Ceremony was at 3pm and they wanted to start doing the bridal party hair at 6.30am. Was a struggle to try and get this time moved up to even 8am (so bridal party could even get some breakfast). This struggle happened 1 week before the wedding which really stressed me out. Payment was required the day before the wedding (before anything had even been done, with no option to pay on the day). On the morning the mood was light enough, we all had a laugh but everything felt a bit rushed (other clients were booked into the salon). 2 hours altogether to do all the hair. My hair was all done my 10am. One bridesmaid had to go to the salon to get her hair done at 12pm as she was travelling. Was told she would be seen then but she wasn't seen until 12.20ish and ended up being late for photos. The hair styles done were brilliant and they do know what they're doing in regards to hair, but the stress before hand just put a dampner on everything. Getting your hair done for your wedding is an exciting thing but the tension I felt on the morning was not something a bride should have to feel.
