Unable to give a score lower than 1 star. Informed me of a new local caravan storage site opening up in May 2022, and accepted the £380 for one year's storage. After months of chasing them for an update, I was finally notified in October that the site will no longer happen, and a full refund would be given. As of today 8th December 2022 and despite many calls, emails, and texts to them, no refund has been received. I notified them that if no refund had been received as of 7th December, I would take legal and social media action, etc., to ensure I receive the full refund due. This is the first of many actions.
Been a Customer for over a year, Jay and the staff are always on the end of a phone or in person ready to help. I have never had any issues and always had my vehicle’s stored safely here
Best storage brilliant price have had my motorhome stored here for 4 years
Lights, cameras and fob operated security gates. Very reasonable cost too. I have a container that I rent for my eBay shop. I have access 24/7 if I need to load for a car boot at 4am I can. Highly recommend.
Save and secure, can use fob anytime so can leave early. Lost a fob and was deactivated and got a new one with no fuss. Recommended
Wouldn't return deposit after several months of trying, despite saying they were about to do it, clearly no intention to ever repay it, very disappointing
Got the van parked there very secure and helpful, pitches good size with cameras all over and reasonable yearly cost
Fantastic for our storage needs. We were moving houses and needed a large container between our two house moves. Jay's storage were fantastic from start to finish. The storage facility is accessible day and night and it is in a secure compound.
Great value for money 24 hour security and Jay is always happy to go the extra mile for his customers. Also just been delivered for install a coin operated jet wash for the caravan customers.
Good storage, constantly updating. 24/7 access and just finishing service area. Own bay.
