Fantastic customer service. The company I ordered tiles from used Jays for transport/delivery, so I wasn't even Jays paying customer! They were very helpful in uniting me with my pallet. I couldn't be home for a delivery so they were super helpful when I asked if I could collect it myself small pallet and I was working close to their warehouse that week. Every member of staff I spoke to was professional, kind, and helpful. A great work ethic, and even better vibe to have at a workplace.nEvery staff member at Jays deserves their birthday off, with pay if they don't already!.
My delivery was excellent. Good communication. Delivered on time. Professional, friendly and very helpful delivery guy.
I have found Jay's to be positively helpful. The staff are very welcoming and strive to help even when dealing with tricky situations. Our Account Manager Ben is always at the end of the phone for the smallest or biggest questions. We are building a great rapour with all members of the Team and look forward to working with them for many years to come.
