I can’t recommended Jaynes Bridal wear enough! They helped me find my perfect dress!! I knew I didn’t want white and they showed me the BEAUTIFUL traumaline dress. I knew instantly it was my dress! The staff were so warm and welcoming. Such a friendly  place and I’m so excited to share my wedding photos thanks to Jaynes for finding me the perfect dress!

I wear a size 6 and I was in a very difficult situation to find my dress because my wedding would take place in 1 week. I arrived at the Jaynes Bridalwear em Doncaster and explained my situation. I was super assisted and I found the perfect dress for me. If you want to find your dream dress, that's where you'll find it.

I can’t recommend Jaynes Bridal enough. From start to finish my experience was first class. The boutique is beautiful and you fell special the moment you walk through the door.  Karen in particular was amazing. I am so grateful to her for opening my eyes to to dresses and styles I had never considered due to my lack of body confidence.  If you want a top notch, professional bridal service, look no further!

What a lovely find in Doncaster. I had the most wonderful experience with Bev @ Jaynes. No pressure, so understanding & so accommodating. By far the best bridal shop experience.  Would highly recommend to any brides to be.

Such lovely staff, my experience was made so enjoyable I showed up super nervous and left so happy. I have had to postpone my wedding three times and they have been so helpful with helping store my dress. I have since been back to buy accessories and each time have had a fantastic experience with all staff members. I finally get to wear my dress and accessories next month and can’t wait! Thank you all so much for your help!

Jaynes have a great collection of gowns and their customer service was flawless.  Hayley looked after me, she was warm, patient and put me at ease straight away. I still havent decided on my dress but I wouldn't hesitate to return to Jaynes or to recommend them to other brides out there.

Amazing service, 100% recommend!  Jaynes was the first bridal shop I visited back in May where I was greeted by Sharon who made me feel so relaxed and at ease. I was very anxious leading up to my appointment do to not been the size I planned to be when finding my dress I still had a bit of weight to gain! but Sharon made all the dresses fit me perfectly and listened to exactly what I wanted. Sharon didn't pick out any style I didn't like and didn't try to sell me something more expensive. I tried on 7 dresses but fell in love with the 3rd one and when Sharon matched it with the most perfect veil, I knew it was the one, especially the fact it made my mum and MOH tear up!.  I expected my dress to be in store by Christmas/new year but was so excited to get a call in October to say it had arrived. I visited the store on Monday 18th October and was greeted by Josie, who again, made me feel so relaxed as I was nervous I wasn't going to like the dress anymore. Josie helped me get into my dress and put on my veil and made me feel like a princess! She was so complimentary and gave lots of advice on how to store to dress etc. Josie also helped me with some bust cups as the dress was still a bit big in some areas.  I can't thank the ladies enough for making the experience as amazing as it was, especially to Sharon as we were still in a bit of a lockdown back in May. I am so excited to wear my dress The White One, Cleo next year when I get married and I would 150% recommend Jaynes Bridal to anyone!  Sent from my iPhone

I would like to warn people against using Jaynes Bridalwear shop in Doncaster. My daughter Karen and her Husband to be were planning a wedding to be held on September 5th this year. They had chosen a venue, she a dress, him a suit and all was progressing. Sadly, very sadly in a 3 day period straight out of hell Mark was very ill and passed away. This left Karen that instead of planning a wedding she had to start planning a funeral Everyone was contacted and almost everyone offered a FULL refund of all monies paid. The jewellery shop in Meadowhall were so moved that they sent Karen a large bouquet of flowers. When it was time to speak to Jaynes shop the Manageress initially said that NO refund was due but changed this to a HALF refund saying that Karen could try to sell her wedding dress privately. This of course would have caused Karen extreme distress. I, as Karen's father visited the shop the day before Mark's funeral to try and discuss this lack of sympathy towards Karen but the Manageress wouldn't meet with me and only relayed messages via another member of staff. The dress was paid for in full £1380 but never collected or altered so we think that the deduction of £690 for taking the dress out of stock and putting it back on sale is un-reasonable. The staff in this shop are very nice when taking your money but seem very un-sympathetic and un-feeling and eager to take advantage when disaster strikes. PLEASE TAKE GREAT CARE BEFORE USING THIS STORE. You have been warned !!

I have finally found my dress!!! After so many deflating wedding dress shopping experiences, I found two GORGEOUS dresses that I took ages to decide. The off the peg section had tons to choose from. Karen went above and beyond for me, from fetching gowns, shape wear, illusion panels and not rushing me even though we went over the appointment time. Cannot rate this place enough! Thank you! X

Had a lovely experience today at Jayne’s in Doncaster. Hayley was so attentive and patient and I walked away feeling over the moon to have said ‘yes’ to the dress!
