Very weird shop. One member of staff had a huge hoover right in the doorway and didn't seem to care that customers had to squeeze past and the guy on the till was completely indifferent and unhelpful. I left and went elsewhere. Never again.
This was our first visit to Jaydee aquatics and it did not disappoint, having bought marine fish from a different place previously 9 in total and one wiped out whole tank then tried again and same happened in our quarantine tank. Bought one from here and it’s thriving in the QT tank looks more healthy, eating and swimming around nicely. All the tanks are cleaner and all fish look healthy and not lethargic. The guys are very knowledgeable and helpful, will definitely be returning.
Clean tanks fish in beautiful condition two members of staff who are both very knowledgeable and very willing to help and best of all it's not over priced
Dont use this shop I have been there this week end for guppies and when I went there there was dead fish in the tank I brought them home and with in 24 hours they were all dead and what ever they have got is killing all my other fish in my tank that I have had for a long time
Always very welcoming and knowledgeable. Very helpful wouldn't get my fish from anywhere else

Amazing choice of fish. Staff so happy to chat and advise on all aspects of keeping fish. Think the guy I spoke with today was called Andy.. super helpful and very knowledgeable.
