I had this beautiful Vegan & Gluten Free roasted cauliflower. Perfect size for a tummy loving easy dinner. Very delicious!!! The place offers 2-3 courses Christmas season dinners.

I think I've become a Jay's junkie...love the coffee and have found the service to be FAB! This mornings bacon roll was "nyum nyum" and I basically come for the coffee...only request bigger mugs for me s business folk EweMove Luton who like to nestle in for a bit! My new local favourite place to eat. New chef has brought a great dinner menu. Top restaurant in Harpenden - great variety, well presented, cozy atmosphere, and reasonably priced. Local friends who have taken up recommendation have also loved it.

I visited Jays and had a great tasting meal with the missus.The atmosphere is nice and warm. I must also say the waitress Daria was very nice. Will go back in future!

We’ve been to this cafe around 8 times and the service, atmosphere and food have been outstanding 100% of the time. Great vegan options, good for kids, dog friendly and wonderfully accommodating for allergies. Highly recommend!

Welcoming with a great range of food on offer. I went for quite a healthy breakfast which was delicious but gentleman next to me ordered full English and that's definitely my order on my next visit! Great position in the village and makes up for rather lacklustre offerings in Harpenden itself. Highly recommended.

High quality bistro food at everyday prices. Service is also very good. They are open on in the evenings for dinner, do wine & cocktail with craft beer. Worth a visit
