We used Jason & the team for my late wifes funeral recently having been extremely satisfied on previous occasions. The service they provided was even better than before and I have nothing but positives to share from the ladies in the funeral home to the guys in the limousines and then Jason himself. The team made a difficult time for us all that bit more manageable to cope with. Heartfelt thanks to you all , we are fortunate to have such a caring and compassionate Funeral Director in our locality.
Exceptional service from a lovely family who genuinely want to help at a incredibly difficult time. Considerate, sensitive and patient we were never rushed and always felt comfortable with Jason and Nichola. They helped with questions we hadn't even considered. We recently used Jason for a dear friend's funeral, Jason & his team were so professional from start to finish. Our friend didn't like wooden coffins so we used an English willow one, it looked lovely. I used Jason Threadgold for my father in law’s funeral and they were amazing from the very start.Suzanne who made first contact was so thoughtful and her tone of email chat was lovely which made me decide to use them over the others I called. Jason who called round to arrange the funeral was so easy going and helpful with our needs for an Indian funeral and they delivered a fantastic service on the day. My sister and I used the services of Jason Threadgold after our mother passed away. We wanted the "BEST" and Jason Threadgold was the name that we heard over and over in this search. Jason and his staff were friendly, compassionate, kind and professional from the first meeting to the end. They handled everything with the sensitivity and ease needed in this difficult time. The day we had to come and sign off on documents and complete everything was very difficult, but we never felt rushed, prodded, or like it was business as usual. All the logistical items were clear, and they took the time to explain everything in detail. Jason definitely took our feelings and emotions seriously and that was very much appreciated. Jason Threadgold showed great respect and care throughout. Whenever I called his number with a request he was very responsive and provided the information I needed right away. Jason and his team provided their services to my family when my mother sadly passed away in November 2017. They were professional and courteous throughout and contributed hugely to the dignified send-off she was given. Nothing was too much trouble, from escorting my daughter into the church before the funeral service to help her set up for her violin recital, to collecting the family from the funeral reception waiting quietly and without complaint while friends and relatives said lengthy goodbyes to one another. Their unassuming yet efficient attention made the day easier to bear and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone.
I recently used Jason Threadgold,as I sadly loss my 17 year old Son. My wishes were always taken into consideration and my last wish for my Son to rest in a Bed ,with his own bedding was met. Massive Thanks to Jason and all his team.
From start to finish the service was exceptional at a very difficult time. Within an hour of calling them they were at the care home to collect my Mum. A couple of days later we had a meeting with Mr. Threadgold who went through the whole procedure with us and the choices that were available taking away all of our concerns. From there all was taken care of. We wanted a sympathetic, traditional quality service for my Mum and that is exactly what we got. I would thoroughly recommend this funeral service to anyone in the Scunthorpe / Brigg area.
We can't recommend Jason and his team highly enough after they handled my fathers funeral with such care and efficiency. Felt absolutely confident to let Jason guide us at this very difficult time and ensure everything happened as it should. Absolutely top class!!!
