This used to be my only call for a Chinese take away but after been only given a 1/4 duck and had ordered 1/2 duck and spent £25.80 and when I tried to call to complain they just kept hanging the phone up as they know what they did and it was all down to a member of staff that has a grievance against me even though I never did f all to her . Avoid this place as all costs I have sent them a message through there website because they wouldn't answer my calls but still no contact from them so I guess I wont be back here again evening throw they do the best salt &chilli chicken in town. Usually never had a problem.
DONT GO. jasmines always get the order wrong and aren’t good at resolving the issue. Have given them many chances and each time the order arrives wrong. Eg my daughter has an egg allergy and we always request no egg in her rice multiple times and even call to confirm… but still comes with egg. And when we complain they don’t offer a replacement. Honestly just not great service. Dietary restrictions: Not good for those with allergies.
Not a bad Chinese thou always get the share box bitta everything especially when few about to snack on. Parking: Out front
Usually this would be my go to Chinese but after eating of there last night everything dripping in grease chips soggy chicken in curry not cooked right and the fried rice was hard as if it had been layed there for a week the chicken balls just a ball of grease absloutley rotten inside one of chicken balls was pink be careful if ordering these hence the hole lot went into the bin
Nicest curry sauce and nicest salt and chilli chips yum
Food is good but 2nd night I've ordered its been freezing! And pretty late on the estimated time for delivery. I'd still order again tho, would just like it to be hot and on time

For a takeaway it needs ATD ... The service is really hit and miss here, over the counter or delivery to the door. It is handy but could improve... Just had a delivery to the door from here, asking for extra mushrooms does not mean take them out. Especially when they have been paid for.. Another 1hr and 20 minutes wait for delivery to the door from a local business don't shoot the messenger.... The owner who has set the rota... He is the responsible person. I have ordered and collected within 10 minutes myself. Delivery 1hr 20 minutes... Add it yourself.
Only use this Chinese because it's handy to home, a lot of the rice was black as if it was burnt and the curry sauce in the special is non existent. Big portions are good but they don't compensate for the poor quality..
90 mins to get food. Chips and rice cold. Main food almost cold. Collected replacement. Chips missing but got prawn crackers
