Awful experience, after being specific about what I wanted 'my hair cut just off the shoulder straight' the girl hacked away happily leaving me with a short bob then when I asked for a straight blow dry it was dried curly and frizzy. And charged an extortionate amount for it. At no point in booking my appointment was I asked what type of stylist I would like therefore they gave me the most expensive and refused to give a refund of the difference because I didn't ask. I will never be returning here and will not recommend.

Love the salon in Salisbury wouldn't go anywhere else, all the staff are lovely! Had my hair done by Kim and she done a fantastic job! Was lovely to talk to and made me feel really relaxed! - highly recommend

Absolutely poor!! Staff were friendly but felt like I was being watched! The hairdresser I had called mollie in salisbury I would not recommend as she didn't listen to how I wanted my hair cut. I walked out off the salon looking like a bush and when I got home and washed it myself I came to find my hair chopped in many places in different lengths 😡 Absolutely awful I've now had to pay another nice hairdresser to fix it, I would recommend at tmd hair. Do not go to jas if you want a decent hair cut..

A year of haircuts here with Yasmin and every time it gets better and better. I will not go anywhere else.
