I recently bought a 15 inchbackgammon set( £14.99) ana a pack of Happy Family cards.They arrived quickly. However the backgammon board was incorrectly printed with opposite points the same colour instead of different colours.It was also hard to see the brown points against the background. The box containing the card game stated 44 cards and 11 families.There are 48 cards and 12 families.
The quality control of this company is obviously extremely poor! I rang to inform the company of the errors -especially bad regarding the backgammon set and was offered a full refund.This arrived after reminding them twice!! -but did not make up for the disappointment.
 I am surprised to see the incorrectly printed backgammon set still being sold on their website -even the box shows the wrongly printed board.Surely it should be removed.

Chess clock ( Jaques of London part number 52100 ). 

This is a poor quality item and not of the normal quality of products we've from Jaques of London in the past.

While the clock works as it should, the while 'buttons' on top of the clock are clumsy and require far more pressure than you might expect to push them down (to stop the clock). There appears to be alot of friction between the white button and the casing.

Others I have played with say the same - that the pressure required to push the button down takes attention away from the game and so, is not good. 

Also, the black casing on our Chess Clock does not fit together particularly well and appears to be shoddily made.
