At Japas Sushi Restaurant in Cambridge we serve the finest Japanese cuisine with a twist. We offer an authentic "Izakaya" dining experience, where delicious food is shared over a relaxing drink in the style of the trendy laid-back eateries of Japan.

Bring some friends and sit down to a 'tapas' style meal. For starters, choose from spicy wasabi peas, warming miso soup, tofu steaks in teriyaki sauce, and much more besides. Move on to traditional sushi, or, if sushi's not your style, pick from the varied a la carte menu of curries, steaks, and Japanese specialities including stir fries and ramen noodles.

And it's not all about the food! Japas offers five different varities of sake, the traditional tasty beverage made from fermented rice and served from ceramic jugs. If beer if what you're thirsting for, there are four different Japanese varieties on the menu.

Japas Restaurant is happy to provide catering for events such as weddings, christenings, corporate parties, birthday parties... or parties for no reason at all! Japanese cuisine will give your event that extra flair of originality, and we are happy to tailor the menu to your needs. Want to cheer up the office? We do takeaways at lunchtime! 11:30 until 2:30. And of course, the taste of Japas is available to take home in the evenings, too, from 5:30 until 10:00.
