My first time at this centre and i attended a one day meditation course. Course fee was very reasonable, the food was almost as beautiful as the people that help here. 100% relaxed environment. The monk leading the course was compassionate and funny, the whole experience was not daunting at all and i will very definitely be returning again.

Another excellent course delivered by Khechog today. Yes it's true "Patience and Healing" takes time and practice. (many people expect to flick a switch and life be changed - if only life was that simple!) Thanks for the enlightenment over the last few months, really glad I found Jangchub Ling it has made a difference to my outlook.

It was my first time there so I had very high expectations. Although Tibetan Buddhism isn't something I follow I found the bhikkhu (Gechog) welcoming and friendly but the people that were there to hear the talk were rather insular and clique. I've felt more welcome in a CoE church. I don't think I will go again as although the talk this week rang true some aspects of the Teachings didn't for example the head monk of the organisation (Geshe Kelsang) had a picture above the statue of Buddha which I foundrather unusual. I'll visit the Thai forest monastery Sangha next Sunday as they follow a teaching closer to my own beliefs.
