After having issues with other garages in the past i decided to wait to leave a review to see how the car was over the 8 months of having it. Although its quite an old car and has had some slight problems James and his team stretched their necks out and helped us resolve every little problem. James is a gentle giant with a big heart and Ray the mechanic is down to earth and as friendly as they come. The rest of the staff are friendly and polite and make you feel comfortable. If only every car dealership was like this the industry would be a better place.

These guys are amazing and i would highly recommend them to anyone. If you have any issues they are very understandable and willing to resolve anything without any hard feelings. I would buy a used car from them again without a shadow of a doubt.

Thank you guys for all your help over the past months myself and the family really do appreciated it.

Have no hesitation in buying a car from James Wright Cars. You get an outstanding & professional service. James really knows his stuff too.

The whole team pride themselves on their excellent Customer Service.  Even after you've taken your car away, any after sales issues are dealt with in absolutely the right way.

I purchased my 2009 Land Rover Discovery from James in April 2017.  (Great Car). 

After meeting him I felt completely comfortable that I was buying a great car and would be looked after in the right way should I have any issues with the car. 

With those issues I have had I cannot fault the service or help given.

I certainly do recommend James Wright Cars to my family & friends.

Great staff. Helpful and really pleasant. Helped me look at the vehicle, took me for a test drive and didn’t flinch at all when inspecting under the hood. Great service and honest salesmanship. Will be back for my next one, too.

After a couple of months searching for a black Honda CR-V of a certain spec to replace our ageing X5 I found one for sale here. After checking the online reviews, I also felt very comfortable that these guys were a good place to buy from. To cut a long story short I discussed the car over the phone with James and came to a deal. James picked me up from the train station (as I am not local) and took me too the car. It was obvious that all the cars he stocked were very well looked after, as was I as we looked the car over and completed the paper work. Would happily use again and recommend to anyone who reads this. Nice person, great car, fun and friendly service. Thank you.

We bought our 2010 Range Rover Sport  from James and his team. We also were able to part exchange our BMW at a fair price too which made the process quick and simple. 

The after sales has been fantastic and they will be our first port of call when we look to buy again in the future. Thank you for everything, John & Leah Potts
