Highly recommend James Removals. Our Estate Agent placed us in touch and from the initial survey to the packing day and then move date, they really looked after all our needs and we were attentive, professional, and efficient! We couldn’t be more confident that our possessions were in safe hands.
Echo some of the other reviews here about how glad we were to choose James Removals for our move. They surpassed all expectations and delivered an outstanding service which made moving day the least stressful part of the whole process. The team were friendly, professional and incredibly efficient and moved everything requested perfectly and with consideration. We took the full packing service which was well worth it and the office was really easy to deal with on collection of the boxes. We received a little hamper from them for the new house which was also a lovely touch.
Excellent service by James Removals moving my items into storage. Courteous and efficient service by Tony, Kevin and Ashid. At one point I didn't think that my items would fit into the storage unit that I had selected, but they found a way! Thanks again.
James removals are an excellent service. I would highly recommend. Amazing guys moved me a month ago and without them I wouldn't of got through. They took all the stress away. Everything packed away was organised which has made moving back so much easier. I highly recommend. Fantastic workmanship.
We were so pleased that we chose James Removals for our house move. On every level they were professional and the service and commitment was outstanding. We thought the demands of our move would be a difficult one and chose the packing service and their skills were excellent. The team worked hard over long hours and we couldn't have done it without them! They were friendly and considerate and did a first rate job exceeding our expectations.
James removals are fantastic. They moved me eight years ago and then again in March this year. Each time service was exemplary with friendly, professional and calming staff. Between moves they stored my stuff at incredibly reasonable cost as well. Best in the business I reckon!
My Mum used James Removals to help us pack up and move her into her new home last week. We opted for the extra service of having someone come to help wrap and pack the day before the move to ensure everything was packed in a manner to ensure no breakages. They provided the boxes, packing tape, paper and bubble wrap and the only 2 breakages incurred in the entire move were the few items we selected to pack and transport ourselves. What could have been a stressful and emotional time was made so easy by Paul who came to help us. He was fantastic and was a much needed calming influence on what could have been a very hectic day. We were moving from a 4 bedroom house into a large one bedroom flat and we had Paul, Danny and Wayne to help on the move day itself. Not only were they entirely professional but they were also so friendly and went above and beyond making the day very enjoyable too. The boxes were well labelled and not overfilled. They were expertly packed and that has made it very easy to not only locate things but also to move the boxes around until we get around to unpacking them. Based on this potentially being one of the most stressful experiences one will ever have James Removal services was worth every penny and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Thank you Matt, Paul, Pam and James Removal ! Matt and Paul moved 50 boxes, 2 double beds and mattresses, dining table, dressing table and various bits from our old flat to our new flat efficiently and carefully. Matt and Paul are very professional. We will definitely recommend them to others, very pleased.
We used James for our recent move. Their level of service was amazing. Whether it was ringing to discuss options, receiving a visit to our property to price up the move, their understanding and support with booking in the move, the day of the move itself and any follow up needed, they have been amazing. Moving home is such a massive, hectic event. James removals made it easy. It's the first time we've ever decided to use a company and not just move ourselves, I am so glad we made that choice! I'd also recommend adding the bed dismantle and build option to your move, they handled all of that meaning at the end of a long long day we didn't have to do anything but chill out and get a good night's sleep.
Hired James removals for a furniture move yesterday and would highly recommend their services, they were great from start to finish. Value for money is fantastic and the gents that was moving us on the day are a credit to the company and the business owner, they were very well trained, experienced, polite and most of all helpful and understanding. Would just like to say thank you for making a stressful day relatively easy
