We recently bought a property through James Pyle in what must have been one of the most protracted house sales ever! Throughout the process, Rosie and Sam and Co were unfailingly professional, not only in the way they kept us up-to-date with developments, but also in how they proactively worked to brainstorm ideas to get the deal over the line. The bottom of a property chain can be a lonely place, but James Pyle ensured we had a happy ending.
From the very onset James, Rosie, Ollie and Rosie instilled me with complete and utter confidence in their ability to market and sell our cottage. Selling one's home is inevitably an emotive experience and the Pyle & Co team handled each and every task/challenge with aplomb. I cannot recommend them highly enough
Sam was absolutely brilliant as agent for a difficult sale. The whole team were great, Rosie’s photos really added value and James was very professional. Sam went so far above and beyond what would ordinarily be expected- she has entirely restored my faith in the agency industry!
I could not fault the professionalism and expertise of the team at James Pyle. Rosie Pyle single handedly saved our chain from collapsing at various points after issues at the top and bottom of the chain arose. She seemed to do not just her job, but that of most other agents in the chain! I have no doubt that without her efforts we would not be happily settled in our new home. She was always an absolute pleasure to talk to and certainly saved our sanity. The quality of photography and details produced was also faultless. We wholeheartedly recommend James Pyle & Co if you are considering a move.
I think we all agreed it was going to be a challenge selling our property as it was a mix of commercial and residential.....and it was. A very professional and personal service from all who work with James. The never say die attitude and the weekly updates are a great boost when things fell apart. The final phase when you did some back checking, looking at chain lengths made the decision to accept a slightly lower the correct thing to do. I am rubbish at remembering names but everyone at James Pyle & Co has my thanks. A little special thanks to Ollie who did a lot of the viewing. His very local knowledge was a great help. Sorry this review has taken a few weeks but the boxes needed emptying and I’d lost my reading glasses. Thanks again.
