We first made contact as we had an emergency. James Hay Heat attended and had us all back to normal by mid afternoon. When we asked him to price for replacement boiler, and some radiators, he came when he said he would, and sent the quote a couple of days later, as he said he would. Once started, The lads worked non stop till the job was finished and our house back to normal. We have  nothing but praise for the whole team.

Boiler broke, came out same day and parts arrived and fixed next day.  Also showed other issues which because if the service given, we went ahead with.  100% recommend for efficient and very polite service

Two poor experiences.  First guy was just plain rude to my wife and then secondly we just got stung for a ridiculously expensive repair. He even charged us for a job he asked us to do while he was away getting a part. Challenged it and were told tough luck. Not the way I'd try and get repeat business. If I'm stuck in the future I'll just book a hotel until someone decent is available.o

Just had my third boiler fitted in 20 years over 3 houses by James Hay and his staff. Nothing seems to phase them, would highly recommend this company to anyone.

James and his staff are Very professional and I would recommend to all. He’s done a few jobs for us now and I’m very happy with their work nothing is any problem they do small jobs or big jobs excellent work force
