Really helpful staff and even answered the phone 1 minute before closing yesterday :
You can not buy great customer service, came in for a tap washer and the guy behind the counter went above and beyond to help. Could have stung me to buy what I didn't need but instead gave me some great advice of how to fix the problem using just vinegar. Will definitely recommend to others and return here myself.....enjoy the donuts lads.
Went here on Monday searching for a hard to find connection for a washing machine,nThe excellent gentleman behind the counter searched the stores to no avail , Another gentleman came out with a box of old spares and they both searched through it and found something that might do the trick and gave it me at no charge ,nWell guys it worked a treat nDidn't get your names but thank you so much for your help and absolutely fantastic customer service , in this day and age customer service like this is so hard to find , I've already recommended your company to 2 other people that night in work ,nMany thanksnBryan
Thank you to the guys at James Hargreaves for really helping me out with replacing a part for a toilet cistern yesterday. Provided the tools and brute force as well as the part, great service.
