Our experience of selling through the excellent services of the team at James du Pavey has been most successful. The unusual nature of the property sold needed an agency who were always very proactive and communicative and all the staff who dealt with us were most helpful and committed. We always felt confident that the sale would be concluded to our best advantage and We have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company. In particular we would like to thank Lottie and her colleagues. Well done for us.
We dealt with James Du Pavey Eccleshall branch throughout 2022 whilst purchasing a property in Loggerheads. Unfortunately, the first purchase fell through but the latter has today completed successfully. We were extremely happy when we discovered our latter purchase was also through James Du Pavey as their customer service had been superb throughout. Through the first stressful and failed purchase they showed empathy and consideration for our predicament and when they realised they would again be helping us to make a purchase they were enthusiastic and keen to move things forward as smoothly as possible. All members of staff are friendly, efficient and a pleasure to speak to. We cannot recommend James Du Pavey highly enough and would look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

What an exceptional agent this is! They actually do what they say they are going to do! A rarity in the agency world! Professional, polite, friendly and efficient. Can't recommend them enough. What a breath of fresh air! All the staff were so efficient, if we had to choose from any of the staff and they were all exceptional; Lottie gave us such a friendly and personal approach. All the staff at James du Pavey Eccleshall were always friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much bother and they helped wherever they could from start to finish. For once we didn't feel rushed when viewing a property like we had done with many other agents some agents really don't deserve your business when they clearly can't be bothered to put any effort in-the staff at James du Pavey were hands down the best we had encountered. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone else looking for a property in and around the area
The stand out moment came right at the start of this rather bumpy voyage. We got a few Estate Agents in to give us a indication of value and whilst James Du Pavey came in with the highest valuation it did ultimately prove accurate. They were polite and professional throughout occasionly unlike myself and rose above an annoying "fallen sale" and the somewhat sudden passing of my Mother which held up progress due to the apparent chaos in the Courts system obtaining probate. I would certainly use them again if the need arose and would recommend them toanyone else.
We just sold our property with these guys and I have to say the whole experience was seamless and the service was absolutely outstanding. I will add that they are the most pro-active, positive and easiest firms to deal with I have ever encountered. I cannot recommend these guy’s highly enough and will most certainly use them again.
I can highly recommend James Du Pavey Estate Agents. We used them on our first sale so had no doubt who to choose to sell our house this time! We dealt with their Eccleshall Branch. All the staff are very professional, helpful and have excellent communication. Our house sold within a day! We received regular updates on our sale and throughout the process which was fantastic. All the staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had an ongoing issue with the top of our chain, so the process was lengthy and eventually he withdraw which left us no where to move to. Again the staff were all amazing and took my tears in their stride and their positivity was uplifting. Each and every one of the girls...and Lee of course, were just fantastic and an extra thank you to Kristina for always being there for us and Cassie for all her advice. As a client I felt extremely valued and have no doubt at all that I would choose JDP every time if we were to move again. Thanks Eccleshall Team!!
These guys dealt with our purchase and were absolutely brilliant. Christina was especially proactive and went over and above to get the ball rolling with regular updates along the way. All staff are friendly and helpful, also very easy to get hold of without being on hold for ages! Would definitely recommend James du Pavey for anyone thinking of moving
