I spoke with a guy called Steve who couldn’t do enough to help us when booking the cars. He sent an email confirmation, with all our details, he even put the location of our house on the driver notes. The text, the day before our flight, was reassuring on both trips, knowing the driver details before we boarded the plane on the way home, late at night. made every thing effortless for us. The two drivers Steve and David, helped us with the luggage both ends. They walked our luggage to the car from the terminal. We have used many car companies over the years, we won’t be looking for another. Absolutely perfect service Thank you so much Mrs M

Hi All Please don’t mistake James Cars, for Home James, we are 2 completely different companies altogether. We are only a small company of 5 local drivers. So please try to book in advance if you can. We do a lot of local runs and also airports. We will meet and greet you inside the terminal, we also text you the day before your drivers pickup time & car & phone details. We send booking confirmations for the the all important airport / trips to London etc. We have cars and small MPV’s. I apologised to the lady who suffered road rage, I offered our support and we even dismissed the driver of his duties, as this isn’t the image we want in our village, after trading here since 1983, I am saddened it’s been posted, as one bad driver shouldn’t effect the income of the 5 very good ones and 2 great ladies running our office 0500 to 2300 We won’t say we have a car, if we don’t have one. We won’t say 5 minutes when it’s 15 minuets. Buy local & buy safe

If there was a zero stars i would select it. I was subjected to verbal abuse from one of your drivers with my children in the car. He refused to give way (when my right of way) He clearly did not know the highway code. Shouldn't be driving let alone a taxi driver! This is from a local who had used your company in the past. Wouldn't step foot in one of your cars again!
