We’ve been using Jalali for about 10 years now and quite honestly never had a bad meal from here. Having tried many other Indian takeaways in the area I have to say Jalali is in our opinion the best! The people who run this place have always been very polite and that includes the delivery people. Excellent service, Excellent food and Excellent delivery service.

Mediocre standard meal, and completely sub-standard and unacceptable customers service. After they forgot to include a portion of rice in the set meal for 2 that I ordered and paid £19.50 for, I was told either come and get it yourself or wait an hour for a delivery driver. I said I would drive back and collect the rice, but by that time my food would be cold, so they would need to exchange what I had for a new, hot banquet. He told me he couldn't do that and said a refund would be out of question too. He then went away and came back and basically told me the rice was provided and I was lying and they could offer bo solution or compensation for the inconvenience. I'll never order from here again and my advice to anyone thinking of ordering from here is to save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else.
