I randomly came across this site the other day, and ordered my little girl the most beautiful ivory mayoral coat for winter time. The packaging was lovely, the delivery time was so fast. Would really recommend this place i can’t wait to order more stuff for my little one!

Love that Jakss has been in Roman rd for as long as i can remember, that tells a story of how much local people love to be able to get designer brands locally. Great prices,especially in sales very friendly staff every time i have gone in...always makes you feel welcome :

My mum used to shop here when we were younger and I used to love going in and trying on the clothes and the staff were lovely, I’m not sure if the owner has changed but Iv had pleasant experience every time I occasionally buy for nieces and nephews but as soon as I start having my own will deffo be spending all my money here

Would be zero stars if possible. Items never came. Took them a month to tell me they can’t give me a refund & that I will have to try on PayPal. Very rude on phone Michelle connelly. My guess is once they take your money they don’t Care about the customer.
