Ordered last night as normal Chinese was closed and won’t be ordering again. Some will see quick delivery as a good thing but you can’t rush perfection. Food was delivered within 20 minutes of ordering. Chicken curry and chicken chow mien, the chicken was full of grit and it went in the bin. Will be sticking with my usual chinese.
Massively impressed! The set meal for 2 we had fed 3 plus a ravenous dog! Everything was delicious and the vegetable spring rolls were the best we've tasted. Fresh and crispy and not oily. This will now be our first choice Chinese Takeaway .

Order regularly from this chinese. Usually perfect meals and outstanding customer service,but on this occasion the service was unacceptable. We placed an order where items were missing .phone the restaurant to be question and told to check again. We were then advised to wait as the rest of the order is leaving soon. 30 minutes later still no order,phone the restaurant again but didn't really care. Must be making to much money to consider the smaller orders. Will NOT order again. Didn't even offer a refund on the undelivered food. Very poor customer service. Happy to be contacted to be given a refund on the outstanding food.
My Chinese takeaway of choice when I'm working in the area. Great food. Never had a bad experience.
Confused by the negative reviews. Iv been using Golden fortune for 8 years and never had a bad meal. My go to Chinese takeaway.

May 2020. Ordered a take-away from here last night as our usual one isn't open during the lockdown. Very pleased with the quality and quantity of food, and delivery time was as stated. I've added good photo's of the current menu as they don't have a website.
Wow just had a delivery and the prawns were amazing. Chicken was perfect. Recommended by my sister and partner. Dad, my partner and myself could not find any fault. Hats off to the chef
We had a meal last Sunday and it was the best I've had in years the beef lovely n tender n lots of it, the prawns big n juicy, great portions, I've tried em all in Thanet but this the 1, Its the 2nd time here n wouldn't go anywhere else
