I'm extreamly disappointed. The men that came to put the beds together said the bed wouldn't fit in my son's room. We suggested taking the skirting boards off whilst they were putting up my daughter's bed in the other room. They insisted it still wouldn't fit with the skirting board off. We asked if they could leave the bed with us so we could sort out a way to get it it fit in. After they left my husband 're done the measurements to see the bed would fit in thr space with the skirting board removed. He spent the afternoon putting it together himself. My husband is terminally ill and doesn't have alot of energy. This is the reason we paid to have the beds put together. When contacting the office I was told they wont do the build if it's in a small space. I feel we should've been told this before paying for the bed to be put together. I would've gone elsewhere.
