Just ordered from here food is rancid. Haven’t had a Chinese for months and I can’t even eat this crap. Crispy Chilli Beef looks like dried scabs with nothing but salt to taste. Defo no chilli. Salt and pepper chicken also dry and taste less. What a waste of money. If I could be arsed I would go up and ask them to eat it. Shocking, foods came on time but seriously that should not be sold as edible . Never again
I ordered a takeaway from jade gardens Chinese takeaway from West Brom and it was the worst Chinese I have ever had from anywhere. I ordered a chicken Chow main with sauce which is what I always have and I got it delivered to my house, which was 10 mins late for starters. Which came to my door COLD! The chicken was rubbery and I felt it was under cooked however the texture of the chicken was cheap and rubbery which was also cold and all the veg was not cooked. The food didn’t look appetising to look at eighter, there was nothing nice about this meal nor the service I never complain about my food but this is disgraceful. I normally order from the great bridge jade gardens which is delicious and helpful and fast. However, I DO NOT recommend this takeaway place in West Brom unless you want cold, unsatisfied, under cooked and rubbery food!
Our fave Chinese used for minimum of 4 years now. Added photos of menu seeing as the only menu on here is years old. Enjoyable everytime Parking: Limited spaces outside due to double yellow lines
Think the person who answers the phone cant understand what i say over the phone i asked for a Singapore noodles on there own with no meat or veg and they sent it with everything i clearly asked not to have terrible service
I called to ask about my order as it was 2 hours late a women answered the phone I asked politely where my order was as it's been almost 2 hours and she said "WAIT IT WILL COME WHEN ITS READY!" and then I just asked for an update and she laughed and said "YOU WAIT TELL ITS READY WE ARE NOT RUSHING FOR YOU" then hung up on me...I couldn't believe it, I tried to call back and they ignored my calls. Food came about 45 mins later I had 2 egg fried rice missiing, chicken balls and beef noodles missing, stale chips. I wouldn't be surprised if this was done in purpose even though I did nothing wrong but to call for an update spent so much money with food missing and stale chips that obviously wasn't eaten. No point calling ladybird extremely rude AVOID THIS PLACE!
The only Chinese & English take away in Stonecross that doesn't have to advertise to bring in the customer's. Every takeaway meal I've had has been excellent and would recommend it to anyone. Takeaway delivery service available.
Order food and was missing items when called said they can't be bothered to send it out.
You close at 11pm got in at 10.50 said you were closed. A guy thats used you over 10 years. Disgusting.Food: 1/5
Disappointed. Ordered a chicken curry rice and chips.. simple meal, unfortunately the chicken was slimy almost like there was jelly coating on the chicken! Completely put me off my food the texture was awful. Never ordering from this place again which is a shame as the taste of the curry sauce was lovely. Shame.Food: 1/5
Having just received my order CHIPS are manky AGAIN £31!! It's not good enough. I have been ordering from here for years and have been a decent customer but seriously finding another Chinese too many times now it's not been good.Food: 2/5
