New owners Karen Maughan and Scott Mackenzie have revamped the cafe/bistro with new furniture and lighting making for a much lighter/brighter place to eat. A new & full menu boasting all day breakfasts, breakfast sandwiches, sandwiches, omelette options, burgers, main meals, and Sunday lunches. Smaller options of homemade chips, chip butties, toasted teacakes, scones, crumpet, toast, buttered bread/bun and portions of jam, marmalade, lemon curd., desserts and treats, hot and cold drinks. At time of writing they are waiting their application of an alcohol licence.

Fantastic little cafe me and my partner use the place atleast 1nc a week for our breakfast great food and pleasant staff

I do not hate Jackson Cafe. It is just in a bad area . Spennymoor is becoming a ghost town. No factories no business..
