Very thoughtful and helpful in difficult situation.

Not impressed. 
Phone calls not returned and the way we found out that the house sale had completed was when the agent rang asking for the alarm code to turn it off..! Jacksons have the proceeds of sale in their client account, but because the property is in probate it seems that it will now take some weeks to complete. Really? So quite what Jacksons have done during the past nine months is a mystery given that all the admin has been done by us...
We won't be using Jacksons again anytime soon. In fact, we won't be using them. Period!
