It took about six weeks form time of instruction to anything at all being done regarding the necessary searches. Completion of this conveyancing took a ten days short of four months from instruction to completion! I had to have a very sharp conversation with the attorney after which I suddenly got improved service. However two letters of complaint were ignored and the second one only responded to after that unpleasant phone call. That response was not much more than an acknowledgement that the letter had been received and a promise to look into the problem but nothing has been received since. No apology, no explanation
