Excellent customer service. The gentleman who presumably runs the place was very engaging with the children. He even gave away free sweets and extra goodies which he didn’t have to. Very clean and presentable place. Will definitely go again.
Went on 10p machine which had 5 pound notes to win my partner put his 10p in n it paid out a few 10ps just for the staff to scoop it all up saying we didn't put any 10ps in so we can't have it called me a liar skanky cow defo won't spend our money there. CON CON
Awful place. Machine switched itself off and I lost my money. Assistant told me that it was tough luck, she didn't see it happen so I can't have money back. So avoid this place as the machines are badly maintained, its dated, dingy and unhelpful staff. Oh and make sure you insist a member of staff watches you at all times to avoid loss of money.
A small but very organised arcade. The toy prizes are in great quality, claw machines 20p a try. The staffs here were very friendly and helpful, my kid had a very wonderful time today. Coin pushers are very well maintained. There are also some good slot machines inside. Definitely a great arcade.
Great selection of slot/tipping point machines. All of the staff are really helpful and pleasant too
Staff member we encountered was very unfriendly and made us feel like we were a nouisance when asking for a machine to be fixed so we could have the 2ps we just paid for. Most machines we come to use were broke in some way. Place is dated and just not inviting at all. Wont be returning
Terrible. Women working never spoke when spoken to. Machines took money on a several occasions. Having to get someone to come open machines all the time.
Great 2p playing and I won dead pool toy if your in newquay have fun in the sun
WORST ARCADE everything was rigged the claw machines were rigged and shaky and couldn't win because they were made by some Chinese company and couldn't get a fund back 1 stars don't go if you want to be dissapointed
Had a really fun couple of hours in here with the family. The owner was fantastic with the kids and made their morning.
