Customer services and the warehouse return departments are missing the point! I placed two orders for the same pair of boots. Unfortunately, both pairs developed the same fault: the stitches gave up.nnThe first pair was inspected, and I received a full refund, for which I was grateful. However, the second pair developed the same issue but in a much shorter timeframe. This time, my request for a refund was rejected. I am struggling to understand how the same product with the same fault can lead to two different outcomes.nnIt is difficult to comprehend that JW cannot refund a clearly defective product.nnCustomer services and the warehouse return departments clearly lack everything you'd expect.nnExtreme disappointment!

Security think they own the company! Everyone I have tipped here I have been messed around… no appreciation that drivers are on the clock by law!

I was working there 2 years they are not working with plan all manager's and team leaders are useless noone cares about the worker's

Never ever had this kind of work experience literally love going to work. I worked here years ago through an agency for 2 years when it was known as IDS and then LF Logistics . I worked on the morning 5:30am until 2pm shift and the odd night shift here and there 10pm until 6am.nnThe management on both shifts were top-notch and the 2 ladies who used to work in the agency office upstairs very good as they continuously offered us work even though very quiet times of the year. Christmas period and the summer months were the busiest and we got offered overtime everyday more or less.nnI got to say that i enjoyed the work, met some nice people and had some big laughs. I left in early 2013 and that was it for me but good luck to anyone who is still there.nnMiss the good old days!
