Awesome and cheap carpets! Lots of choices and all within your budget. Friendly staff as well! They will provide you the contact information for the delivery as well. You can also find lots of premium stuff. Carpets, parketing, various types from the UK and abroad!

I was guided to rows of carpets in the colour I was looking for at the price I could afford and given time to browse without being put under pressure for a sale. Friendly, helpful customer service was great in the Kilmarnock branch from start to finish. Guys came to my home and took measurements of the living room and hall to make sure I'd got it right. D. Robertson, carpet fitter they recommended messaged confirming date and time of arrival and was on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. I'm delighted with my new carpet with special thanks to Steven, the manager who definitely made sure I had peace of mind and my pup also had the right carpet for his paws and claws! Many thanks again to everyone!

Went in not knowing the first thing about buying carpet, just had measurements for the rooms. Found a carpet I liked but was on the dearer end, staff actually helped me by finding a really similar carpet that was less than half the price and sorted out sizing for what I'd need. Made everything really straight forward for me.nThey don't offer fitting themselves, but will put you in touch with local carpet fitters and advise how much you can roughly expect to pay for their services. Got what I wanted and whole process couldn't have been simpler.

Arranged for a room to be measured the next day, waited in the full day, no one turned up, phoned the shop, who had no record of the appointment, even though it was arranged in the shop the day before.
