Absolutely rubbish can't even fix an hot water tank. 9 days 4 so called engineers and still no hot water. Total joke... Every time they came they made things worse... false promises that's what they good at...

Absolutely appalling! Two months ago I called in to arrange for engineer to come fix the boiler as we had no hot water. We had to wait almost 2 weeks even though I explain the work to be prioritised due to my father being classed as disabled! It was ‘Jessica’ who advised I had to wait as part wasn’t in stock. Finally the engineer had arrived and being qualified I don’t think he had a clue on what he repaired because we still had the same issue! Having to work and live with a disabled parent it was difficult to get in touch with J Tomlinson. I had called in multiple times to get somebody out to investigate the problem. Finally having told it was the solar panel, I was given work date for the 14th May but I had to intervene that it had to be prioritised with the exception of my father so we’re given the 4th. It’s the 3rd of May and this is where J Tomlinson advisers show no empathy, living up to false promises calling to tell me that the engineers are fully booked and I have to wait until 4th June! Absolutely disgusted that I have to explain myself multiple times, because my reasons have been completely disregarded and I have to hear the same false apology over and over again! Talk about being heedless, the lady over the phone had no response when I told her to put herself in my shoes claiming she was a team leader! She managed to get the initial start date 14th, however if they fail to rectify the mistakes this time round, I am certainly going to proceed with some form of legal action against the company. I guess it’s a matter of time now.

INCOMPETENT COWBOYS. BOILER BROKE DOWN FRIDAY THE 2ND MARCH. THEY CAME OUT AND SAID IT NEEDED. A NEW BOARD AND A PRV. WAS NOT SURE WHICH BOARD SO THEY ORDERED 2.CAME OUT ON THE 8TH TO FIT BUT ONLY HAD, 2 PARTS AS SOME IDIOT IN NOTTINGHAM HAD NOT SENT IT OUT.WAS SENT OUT. RECORDED DELIVERY ON THE 9TH AND WAS FITTED BUT BOILER STILL NOT WORKING. SO THEY WERE ADVISED BY GLOWWORM TO FETCH A GAS VALVE FROM. COVENTRY. FIT THAT AND STILL NOTHING. NOW BEEN TOLD THEY WILL PHONE ME FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING. THAT WILL BE 12 DAYS WITHOUT HEAT OR HOT WATER. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. WILL BE CONTACTING ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND BROMFORD..

THESE COWBOYS CAUSED MORE DAMAGE TO OUR HOME THAN GOOD! I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!! I am left with more damage to my home than when these cowboys started!!!! And they wont accept that the damage caused was their own doing, telling me I was the cause! I'm disturbed by this way of dealing with their responsibilities when going into the homes of folk, causing more damage than good, then denying it and blaming the homeowner! It's just so wrong! I will be telling friends and family and be telling them to tell their friends and family and so on so forth for busnises like these should be illegal! Ripping off their customers like that!! Never will I use or recommend dirt bags like these to anyone who I care about and beyond!!!!

Useless company and poor staff , they said they will come today to fix boiler they didn't. So it's -4 in the house without heating and hot water. Well done Tomlinson 👏🏻
