I take my children here and the dentist is very thorough. Always takes on board our concerns around any issue regarding our childrens' teeth, and advises reassuringly. Also a friendly service and no issues when booking the kids' appointments.

I have tried many dentists before registering with the Dental practice 8 years ago. I travel 8 miles because it is a modern friendly customer focussed professional establishment. My dentist listens to my dental issues And explains what needs to be done to rectify the problem. Of all the dental practices within an 8 mile radius i chose this one ime 54 it was a wise decision.

Been a patient for years and never listened to my conserns. Todays visit felt just as rushed as all other appointments just today I was given the injection without even talking me through what they planned to do and it didn't even have time to even start to work before started to drill a tooth then i had to tell them to stop as could feel absolutely everything and was already anxious and shaking and made them aware before they did it that i suffer with anxiety and panic attacks. In the end I just asked them to stop all together and to be sent to the hospital to have the work done before i walked out in floods of tears and hid in the toilet as I was already having a bad panic attack before i quickly got myself together before walking out feeling like i was at fault again. My appointment was at 10am i was seen 10:07am and in the toilet in there surgery by 10:13am. My mouth still didn't even start to go numb until about 15-20 mins after having the injections put in my gum for the work to be done. I'm now left waiting on a hospital appointment to have more teeth removed than the original 2 that do need removing let alone filling. Just feel like I was tortured for the heck of it and the filling I received today was done on a tooth that I felt didn't even remotely need it. I was also told at the appointment I went to 2 weeks prior I'd need the filling today and would have to be silver instead of normal and yet it had been filled with a normal filling.

I needed to have my wisdom tooth removed. Getting an appointment was so easy. The reception staff were welcoming. The technicians were nice, efficient, professional and just so good at their job. I have to take my hat off to the scarily young looking specialist who pulled my tooth, he was amazing. My tooth was removed so quickly and without pain. I need follow-up work and I have no hesitation about returning.

i have been a patient here for a long time on the NHS  because i have not seen the dentist since 2019 they have took me off the list and now i can only be seen as a private patient. No attempt to get in touch and let me know to come in or inform me of their decision instead i get struck off yet I am their NHS patient. Now they are full on the NHS side and i can’t get in unless i go private.  THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER CARE  !!! I WAS YOUR PATIENT YOU SHOULD HAVE A POLICY TO KEEP YOUR EXISTING PATIENTS NOT TEMIVE THEM OFF YOUR RECORDS   HOPE YOU GUYS IN MANAGEMENT READ THIS   NOT GOOD

I have been to the dentist they were don't bothered to look at my medical history and was given an injection to remove my tooth as I reminded them about my blood-thinning medicine and heart condition then the dentist realized that he shouldn't remove my teeth I needed to refer to a specialist I was in shock. This could have caused me health issues. I am not even happy with the way nurses treat you. When using the vacuum she cut in my mouth. she was very rough when I asked her to be gentle I think she took it personally. Hight of arrogance. Although I am not very happy I think there are not many good dentists around here in the UK.I have tried many dentists they all are the same.

I have been a patient here for a long time now and the dental practice are really friendly very helpful and will always be a phone call away if you ever need anything I am so happy that I chose this practice thank you so much for all your hard work and keep doing what you do xxx

Brilliant service, I see both Lady & Male Dentist, Mr Kainth professional and understanding. Been with for a few years now, best practice for me. Staff are great 5 star

I attended this dental surgery today for the first time. I was quite nervous, but it was a really positive experience. The dentist I saw was friendly, gentle, and he explained everything clearly. He also gave me some advice on how to take care of my teeth further. I really recommend this practice, especially if you are scared of going to the dentist.

My husband had an infection under tooth he had been a patient previously but because he hadn't been in over so many years they refused to see him under emergency.  I tried many dental practices still the same answer phoned nhs 111 they gave me this number for emergency dentist tried again to be told we're not taking even emergency patients so a quick call to scott arms dental practice they saw him so on this occasion not very Happy with Kainth dental practice even though the whole family uses this place
