Joe and his team ably replaced three large Velux windows and in so doing fixed a leak in our second floor flat, which has an old slate roof, working from the inside to save on scaffolding costs. Three flights of stairs to get up here too - none of which was a problem for them.  Great communication via Rebecca in the office.
