James and paul have been my car people since I owned my first car. Lost count at how many times I have called them in a crisis for advice, the times they have squeezed me in when they are so busy and the amount of money I have saved as they wouldn't dream of ripping you off especially as I can come across a bit ditzy and know nothing about cars so thank you for always helping me keep my car on the road. I don't trust anyone else and highly recommend.

Very good service and friendly helpful staff

Been using Paul and James for a few years now after my brother in law recommended them. They are first class and I've always been happy with all aspects of the service they provide. I note one poor review saying that they rang the bell and had to wait. Well, when you're with another customer, you finish with them and then attend to the bell ringer. Its called patience !  Well done the JP team.
