Absolutely amazing service. Everyone we have dealt with has been amazing. Tracey is a very talented photographer, photos were amazing. Olivia was fabulous too, kept us informed all the way through the offer process. The girls in the office are all very helpful and very efficient. After struggling to sell our property a few months ago, then letting JW Wood take over, selling our house within 3 days is just amazing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to sell a property
I'm one of two property stewards for North West Durham Methodist Circuit. We have been dealing with JW Wood Estate Agents Consett Branch to help us with the marketing and selling of one of our buildings. Our contact was Olivia Slusher who has been absolutely wonderful in all her handling of the manse sale. I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending JW Wood to anyone looking for a first class Estate Agent who as well as being local also have an excellent selling team. Thank you and God bless.
I found the staff at JW Wood very professional, understanding and helpful, if the member of staff wasn't available to speak to there was always a call back the same day. They were informative with updates and kept us in the loop and would always ensure viewings at the premises would go ahead if we couldn't make them personally. When taking the photos of the house feedback was given in terms of ensuring we got the best photos and revisits for the rooms that weren't quite right for the photos. I would recommend them from start to finish.
I dealt with Tracy, Olivia and Rose, each served different roles during the process. All were very efficient, most importantly I achieved a quick sale at a reasonable price. I would indeed highly recommend them.
Selling my home through JW woods was a very good experience. Communication throughout the process has been fantastic, staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable and made the whole experience less stressful for myself and my partner. Olivia, Tracy, Claire and all of the team at the Consett branch couldn't have been more helpful over the whole process. This is the second time I have used this Estate Agents and the main reason is they are absolutely professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very easy to do business with. They keep you informed all the way through and are keen to help to take away your worries and to answer any questions you may have. I cannot recommend them enough.

Used JWW for a number of viewings and we're always pleasant to deal with. Olivia was quick to respond to ensure offers were quickly received and understood by the vendor and when we had an offer accepted she was quick in undertaking due diligence checks and producing the required paperwork for our solicitors.
First time using JW Woods and Olivia helped with viewings and even helped managing to book last minute viewing on a property. Communication has been brilliant throughout the process too would highly recommend.
Gill in aftersales made the whole process easier. Helped keep things on track and we even completed earlier than originally advised. It was so helpful to have the aftersales service, particularly with the knowledge of the process, filling in the gaps and clarifying when there were communication issues with the solicitors.
