I have done an extensive research for a week to find the best garage in Lincoln.Thanks to all those lovely quote comparison websites and  feedback from other customers which made me to decide JM Motors.

I have booked an appointment to get the timing belt kit & water pump replaced for my passat. Dropped my car in the morning got a call from Simon after an hour to say my car has got few other problems which can be quite expensive to repair and its not worth spending money on timing belt kit & water pump. I am simply impressed with the honesty and troubleshooting  skills of Simon who saved me from a risk. 

If I would have left my car with a dodgy mechanic he would not have given me the honest feedback and could make quick money by doing the job which is not worth doing 

Thanks to Simon & John You guys are legend.

Excellent service, gave me a courtesy car whilst working on mine too, cant ask for more than that. Will definitely be using these guys again in future

Excellent service, always extremely helpful mechanics. Never feel I'm being ripped off like some garages. They have courtesy cars for you to use if needed (which I did). Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Wasted my time. They had my vehicle for over a week and still could not diagnose the problem. The Mechanic/Fitter was very rude and not interested.
