Very poor! Called to ask when he expected to arrive. Simply said I’m not coming! Total joke

Didn’t show up no call to say he wasn’t coming Rescheduled after I had to call.. Didn’t show again, Waste of time, Find someone else if you have an appliance needing looked at.

Delighted with the service , phoned last night to get someone out to look at my washing machine , the engineer came out this morning fixed it within  20 minutes and very  reasonably priced . Would definitely recommend JMDomestics Langlands Road .

Failed to show several times. When contacted for the last time had laissez-faire response about running late and why he hadn't called ahead to let me know. Waste of my time.

Expected call out fee that wasnt discussed or mentioned on the phone and quote was incredibly expensive compared to two other local companies. Would stay clear of this company.
