When fixing roof leak left rotten planks instead of replacing them - incompetent. 
Have scheduled day to come in to do the work and never showed up twice - unreliable.
Quoted without VAT that came as surprise total of ~1.7k.
Asked to take some pictures when whey will find the source of leak - never did.
