This was our first prom, and we met Alicia at a chair competition in Wheeling where she was advertising for prom. When my daughter got asked, she was the first person I thought of we came with her friends and her mother and it was just an exciting and fun experience. It was first class service very attentive very encouraging. It’s a very positive atmosphere. They have a Beautiful store fronts. It’s just amazing. Everybody is just perfect. They work with you and we will be back for the rest of the dances.

Amazing experience! Extremely polite and helped my girlfriend a lot! Made it a lot easier for me, and they knew exactly what she liked!

We loved this place, great selection, super awesome staff. Very accommodating to what we needed. Offered suggestions,  loved that all dresses were tallied so they did not sell duplicates to same school. Thank you!

I have gotten all of my daughter’s dresses here and so has her best friend. The girls there are amazing. Always going out of the way to make sure the girls get the dress they want. Jill is beyond amazing. She spent so much time with the girls picking dresses out and making sure they are happy. Love love JJ Jones!! Would not go anywhere else.

Thank you so much Jill and all of J Jones for helping me with my wedding dress! It was beautiful! I had the most amazing experience with you all! From finding the perfect dress, to meeting the designer of my dress and having champagne and cookies with other brides, to all the love and care taken into fitting me into my dress perfectly. I love the atmosphere of J Jones and the care they give to their brides. I will recommend them to everyone! They have beautiful and unique gowns for brides and gorgeous evening wear for girls and women. And their jewelry selection is amazing.

All I can say for my first visit is that the staff here is amazing. The owner and rest of her team were very kind and personable. Also, we had the treat of meeting the dress designer onsite. He was so kind,helpful & very talented. Beautiful staff with a great variety of beautiful dresses and even men's formal wear.

This is by far the worst experience that we have ever had buying a homecoming dress.  We normally shop at a larger store in Columbus but thought we would try a local shop.  BIG MISTAKE!  First of all they do not have many size options and most dresses have to be ordered and this is where our problems began!  Our homecoming is at the end of September so I thought shopping at the beginning of July would give us plenty of time.  Ordered the dress on July 9th and was told it would take 2-4 weeks to come in, 6 at the latest.  Well here we are, August 31st and no dress!  I called the shop two weeks ago to get the status, which is another customer service issue.  The person who answers the phone never knows anything about dress orders.  Always has to call you back.  A day or two later I get a returned call and she states that the dress just shipped that day, August 17th.  I called the shop again August 30th at noon to get the status of the dress and yet again was told that they would have to check and call me back.  Heard nothing.  Called at noon on August 31st and was told that Portia and Scarlett are based out of Australia so they are having a hard time reaching them.  I explained that I am feeling very uneasy about this entire situation.  We now have less than a month until our homecoming and we don't have a dress!  I then told her that two weeks ago someone from J Jones told me that the dress shipped.  She had no details on that.  Once again, they will have to call me back.  Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase a dress from J Jones that they have to order!  It's been a nightmare!!!!

I love this store! They have a great selection of dresses for all occasions. I am very pleased with my elegant mother of the groom gown for my son's upcoming wedding. They were even able to assist me in ordering comfortable shoes to complement my gown. Melissa and Jill always go out of their way to provide great customer service and to keep us as satisfied customers which we have been since purchasing my daughter's prom gown five years ago. I highly recommend J Jones for all your wedding and evening wear events.
