I posted a negative review about these people over a month ago but it disappeared. These people sold me a watch that is clearly not fit for purpose but will not engage in trying to rectify the problem. I have sent numerous emails but they fail to respond. I have given them long enough and I will now go to trading standards. Stay well clear.

Fantastic quality jewellery and always great service I wouldn't go anywhere else. But what would you expect from a shop that's been in business since 1841.
